Some of the great cocktail recipes of all time are made with Gin including the popular Martini made famous by James Bond. Gin is made from Grains such as barley, corn or rye. Juniper berries, coriander, angelica, herbs and spices and a variety of other natural ingredients are added to the grain mash during distillation to give it its flavour.
